Evaluation & Feedback

Western Health will undertake to evaluate our strategy, its implementation and usage over the course of 12 months.

We will

• Review the data we collect
• Conduct interviews and focus groups
• Ensure education evaluations occur

We will use

• People Mater Survey results from 2018 and compare them with our 2019 results

We will

• Check whether we have better attendance in the workplace because people feel safe coming to work
